This position is based in our Hauppauge office from Monday thru Friday from 8am-5pm. Access to a vehicle on a daily basis is required.

This position does have an additional shift attached, overtime will be paid.

This position pays between $50,000 - $55,000 annually. Pay will be based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle escalation growth from Level 1 NOC support staff

  · Manage and maintain VMWare infrastructure and Windows Server operating systems

  · Investigating client network outages

  · Support Active Directory environments

  · Troubleshoot persistent Microsoft Office 365 issues

  · Perform any other job duties assigned to you

  QUALIFICATIONS:

  · 3-5 years of experience in a Helpdesk environment

  · Knowledge of Windows OS

  · 2-3 year of Active Directory experience

  · Strong knowledge of servers and networks

  · Ability to document protocol and procedures

  · Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills

  · Strong Knowledge of internetworking concepts; TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
