Requirements: Able to work 8-9 hours on your feet Be able to do simple math and count back change correctly. Have good written/verbal communication skills. Be able to remain professional at all times, especially during conflict resolutions. Willing to work around you schedule. Be dependable, know what your schedule is and be on time consistently. Be able to pay attention to more than one thing at a time, it is important you are aware of your customers. When they cash out, need a drink, are coming or going, etc. Have good personal hygiene, customers and employees are affected by our personal smell. Customer service skills need to be above average, as we take pride in giving our customers the best possible service. Will make/serve drinks and snacks to accommodate each customers requests. Will run a sales till, as well as a touch screen players club system. Responsible to maintain a clean working environment while still making customers our priority. Each shift has cleaning duties to complete during their workday, a list is provided.
