Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Cloud Engineer based in Hawthorne, New York. The role involves managing and maintaining all aspects of our technical architecture, including Microsoft Cloud Azure and Dynamics 365 ERP, with a focus on the F& O model. The successful candidate will provide Tier 1-2 technical support and also manage other areas within the IT organization.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain all aspects of our technical architecture.
• Oversee the Microsoft Cloud Azure, Dynamics 365 ERP F& O, Data Lake, and other parts of the Microsoft Technical Architecture.
• Provide Tier 1-2 technical support to users.
• Analyze existing IT systems and provide updates to increase productivity.
• Configure and manage new user and termination requests using Office365.
• Maintain workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and servers.
• Design online apps using SharePoint, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
• Manage, maintain, and configure firewalls.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix, and document problems, and implement preventive measures.
• Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required.
• Oversee Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure their assigned tasks are clearly communicated and deliverables are met.
Requirements
• Demonstrated familiarity with Cloud Technologies
• Proven experience with Azure Data Lake
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a major plus
• Experience with Firewall Technologies
• Mastery of Microsoft Windows Server
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong attention to detail.
