We are currently hiring a Specialist, Digital and Web Operations based in our Head Office. 

We are dedicated to leveraging digital platforms to enhance our brand presence and engage with our audience effectively. We’re seeking a Digital & Web Operations Specialist to play a pivotal role in managing our digital presence across various platforms. You will create, and manage digital content across bcaa.com, evo.ca and the BCAA mobile app, lead SEO optimization, and support UX Design to enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of creativity, technical skills, attention to detail, and superb communication skills.

This role is part of the Digital Engagement team and is a key member supporting our Marketing Transformation. This role will partner with leaders and team members responsible for product, brand and community marketing, as well specialists in IT, Product management, CX/UX, and Underwriting.

What you'll do:

  • Content Development and Maintenance: Develop and manage website content to ensure accuracy, performance, and alignment with brand guidelines. Create, test, and deploy campaign landing pages, optimize image download speeds, and test web and mobile content for accuracy across devices and browsers. Regularly extract, clean, and forward Sitecore Forms data.

  • Strategy and Design: Design information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and screen flows for microsites and landing pages. Provide UX insights and recommendations, integrate Human Centered Design processes, and support the UX/UI Designer in new design initiatives. Implement A/B and personalized experiences in collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and drive digital sales.

  • User Experience Optimization: Identify and address issues affecting customer experience through surveys and web monitoring. Develop a deep understanding of digital properties, implement A/B and multivariate tests, and support user testing requirements.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Analyze site data and user behavior to optimize customer experience and support data-driven decisions. Track and report key performance metrics using Google Analytics and other platforms, ensure proper tracking tags are in place, and assist digital agencies with ad tracking.

  • Search Engine Optimization: Develop and lead SEO strategies for improved website visibility and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for SEO improvement, implement changes, and report on results.

What you bring:

  • Completed a post-secondary diploma or degree in business or communications or equivalent related work experience.

  • Three to five years experience working on business to consumer websites in an enterprise environment.

  • Intermediate proficiency in HTML, HTML5, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Dreamweaver), along with UX/UI design experience using Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision/Sketch.

  • Hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS or similar enterprise platforms, web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console), and familiarity with Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) like Sitecore or Salesforce.

  • Experience with project management software, preferably JIRA and Confluence, to efficiently manage and track project progress.

  • BONUS QUALIFICATION! Experience with mobile web and mobile applications, as well as email marketing, with a solid understanding of digital design principles and web standards.

  • BONUS QUALIFICATION! Familiarity with SFMC Personalization (Interaction Studio) or Sitecore Personalize to enhance user engagement and personalization efforts.

The salary range for this position is $70,693 to $88,367 per year and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 9%, with the opportunity to earn up to 15%.
