Bodycote Inventory Control Clerk in Hebron, Kentucky

We are currently interviewing for an Inventory Control Clerk in Hebron KYBodycote is offering a $1500 sign-on retention bonus! Come join our team! As an Inventory Control Clerk, you will maintain an inventory of materials and supplies for thermal spray production processes. In addition, you will: Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; alerts Purchasing Specialist of needed purchasing orders as required; stores products in an organized manner and deals with space constraints.Maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry of powder and gun parts logged out daily.Works with production schedule for the plant to meet needs of thermal sprayers and having product ready for use.Promotes and practices safety and good housekeeping procedures.Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures, and accept constructive criticism. We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders.Education - High school diploma or equivalent.Basic mathematic skills, computer knowledge, and ability to use calculator and scale.Organized, detailed, and accurate.Able to work independently; self-directed.Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
