Job Description Supervises day-to-day operations of the building and equipment services department, which provides comprehensive maintenance and repair of all equipment. Informs the Manufacturing Manager of any problems with building equipment. Partners with local utility representatives to monitor building system energy efficiency. Establishes and maintains a preventative maintenance program. Analyzes trends of equipment and equipment components failures in order to develop a cost-effective maintenance schedule. Administers training programs to ensure proper operations, preventative maintenance and repair programs and procedures are followed. Promotes safe working conditions through housekeeping and ensures proper safety practices are followed. Performs other duties and participates in special projects as assigned. Qualifications Prior leadership experience desired. Strong technical knowledge of building and support equipment. Strong communication, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills are also required.
