KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Mail Coordination with Shared Service / Reception
Organize archiving
Support Accounting / Treasury / Tax work
Supply material purchasing
Organize Office space
Plan and facilitate meetings (internal as well as external)
General administration and administration of contracts
Hosting guests
IT tools / equipment and office organization
Travel management and Expense reports
Administration of local sharepoints / Intranet pages
Organize trainings for the team
Other services as required
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree or completed vocational education
3 - 5 years job professional experience
Very good knowledge in MS-Office, especially PowerPoint und Excel
Fluent in English German and other languages are appreciated
Team oriented, sociable
Good linguistic expression
Interest in Financial tasks
