That's why we enable our second-year apprentices to take part in our Marriott Group's national "Apprentice Conference" and get to know other hotels, apprentices, general managers and HR managers - the perfect time to make contacts for later!
We want you to experience something! That's why we give you the opportunity to take part in the trainee exchange (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) in your first year of training and get to know our sister hotels as part of a two-week program.

You have your school-leaving certificate in your pocket and ideally have already been able to get to know the catering or hotel industry
