Am Standort Heidelberg suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten

Werkstudent (m/w/d) für die Abteilung Quality.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Datenbanken.

• Mitwirkung bei Datenerfassung und -analyse.

• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Auswertungen.

• Strukturierung und Optimierung unserer SharePoint-Seiten.

• Erstellung und Aktualisierung qualitätsrelevanter Dokumente.

• Analyse bestehender Prozesse.

• Konzeption von Workflows.

• Erstellung von Präsentationen.

• Durchführung allgemeiner administrativer Tätigkeiten.

Ihr Profil:

• Immatrikulierte/r Studierende/r; vorzugsweise in folgenden Studiengängen: Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Informationsmanagement oder Qualitätsmanagement.

• Starkes Interesse und Affinität im Umgang mit Computern und Technologie.

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (insbes. Excel, VBA-Programmierung und/oder Erstellung von Makros).

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.

• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative.

• Flexibel und schnell in der Auffassung neuer Aufgaben.

• Bereitschaft und Motivation zum kontinuierlichen Lernen und zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung.

• Verfügbarkeit an 2-3 Tagen/Woche.
