We are looking for a highly talented and driven individual to join our fantastic team in our amazing office in the heart of Kalasatama, Helsinki. You work in partnership with customers, the local category planning and marketing teams to define and execute a winning growth strategy for your retailer. You will be responsible for delivering success across all of our categories within your customer and you will be the key contributor in owning and shaping a multi-year growth plan.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.

  • Utilise data & insights to build & execute category driving strategies for the customer

  • Create, track and deliver JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).

  • Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations.

  • Deliver accurate forecasting and planning to ensure stock availability and reduce waste.

More About This Role

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our sales team and lead one of our key customer groups. Our ideal candidate has an ambition towards results-oriented commercial work and the strategic ability to understand the needs of our business, customers and channels. As an organisation we place high value on having an analytically orientated growth mindset with great drive and the ability to question & challenge the status quo.

You will own and develop our sales strategy, planning and execution for your customer group across all categories. You will work very closely with other teams & departments, such as field sales, marketing, category planning and demand planning to ensure the best creation and implementation of our sales strategy across different categories, channels and in-store/online environments.

Mondelez International is the number one snacking company in the world. This role has the responsibility over the entire range of our diverse portfolio of brands, such as Marabou, Daim, Toblerone, Oreo, Tuc, LU, O’Boy and Philadelphia.

University degree is a benefit

Language Requirements:

Fluency in English, spoken & written is mandatory
