This is an exciting new career with the opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator.
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing program activities and providing support. This includes assisting with draft task planning, concept and development activities associated with obtaining approval for new projects, and then ensuring all contractual obligations are achieved on schedule, within budget and in compliance with the contracted specifications and scope. Key Responsibilities:
The team member we are looking for will be comfortable to undertake and excel in the following indicative day to day tasks.
Interpret and analyse schedule and earned value data.
Provide timeous and accurate management of resource plans, risk/opportunity updates, Power BI metrics and Monthly reporting data.
Prepare and present project plans, project performance management data and project update briefs.
Assist with the team diary, training plans and procurement activities.
Deputise for Project Manager during leave periods.
Be prepared to travel domestically.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
A University Degree in Business, Project Management (highly regarded, but not essential).
Minimum of 2 years prior projects experience.
Demonstrated capability to learn complex tasks in a “Live” project environment.
Requires sound knowledge of the project management concepts.
Understand basic project schedule concepts and interpretation.
Experience in preparation of presentation material and reports.
Experience in tracking and managing project management task documentation.
Demonstrated capability to understand and interpret basic Earned Value concepts.
Capability to manage multiple and conflicting demands on your available working time.
