PUYUAN INDUSTRY USA INC Footwear Assembly Line Worker in Henderson, Nevada
Title: Footwork Assembly Team Member Type: Permanent, Full-Time Wage: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Location: Henderson, NV
Description: An established shoe wear manufacturer is opening its first USA operations in Henderson, NV and is looking for assemblers to manufacture athletic shoes for some of the industry name-brand leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Performing footwear assembly line tasks as directed by the supervisor
- Operating and maintaining machinery and tools on the assembly line
- Ensuring that products are assembled correctly and meetquality standards
- Performing quality checks on products before they are sent to the next stage of production
- Keeping the assembly line clean and organized
- Reporting any issues or problems with the assembly line to the supervisor
- Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate safety gear
- Meeting production targets and deadlines
- Working collaboratively with other members of the assembly line team
- Continuously improving skills and knowledge of assembly line processes
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in footwear manufacturing or footwear assembly line work preferred, but will train the right person.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Havinga current USA passport is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
