- Customer relations - phone and email
- Creating quotes using Quick books Enterprise
- Purchasing raw materials and consumables
- Maintain inventory
- Supervise employees in the production department
- Coordinating freight and small pack shipping
- Supervise order packing activities
- Overseeing online store orders and shipments
- Description:
WTTI is looking for a full-time Production Coordinator. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm with opportunities for overtime.
WTTI's manufacturing division produces metal plate and pipe material for welder training and testing. This position oversees production from the initial contact with the customer through shipment of the material. The process includes: initial contact with the customer, quoting the order, purchasing material, unloading material delivery, cutting and prepping material to specifications, and packaging and shipment.
