Project Manager
Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $60K to $95K (based on skills, experience, certifications, and organizational needs)
Responsibilities:
Utilize programs for load calculations and cost analysis
Collaborate in a team environment with a focus on professional development
Research, analyze, and calculate data for customer design proposals and specifications
Participate in estimating processes and analyze subcontractor proposals
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors
Review construction documents for compliance with scope
Award subcontracts and coordinate design and engineering efforts
Monitor and report on project financial status and administer contracts
Ensure construction progress aligns with project schedules
Review subcontractor work for compliance with scope
Purchase and monitor delivery of materials for MEP divisions
Review and approve subcontractor and vendor payment requests
Issue work changes and obtain subcontractor pricing
Ensure projects meet technical requirements and customer satisfaction
Visit job sites to review progress and quality of work
Verify monthly Red File reports with the Project Manager
Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance
Implement and enforce safety programs on site
Supervise on-site and contract ACAD drafters and administrative assistants
