Conduent Accounting Services Analyst I in Hermosillo, Mexico

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Execute R2R activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.

  • Reconcile general ledgers accounts, verifying accurate GL balances and ensuring proper and relevant support documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and relevant regulatory requirements (such as IFRS, SOX/ICFR)

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the R2R function

  • Perform analytical reviews on specific P/L accounts

  • Support the external Auditors’ mission

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting, financial reporting, and R2R processes.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft standard tools (excel…)

  • Knowledge of SAP

  • Fluent Spanish; English is a must to have.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • A spirit of initiative and autonomy

  • A sense of rigor and organization

  • Good communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across different functions
