Natural Enrichment Industries, food ingredient manufacturer, is looking for Operator/Supervisor Trainees for the Production Department. This stable, well established business specializes in Tri-Calcium Phosphate and has manufacturing facilities in Herrin and Sesser, Illinois.
REQUIREMENTS:\ Supervises and coordinates the work of employees who set up and operate machines.\ Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product.\ Ensures machine function and output is according to specifications.\ Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.\ Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.\ Performs a variety of complicated tasks.\ A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.\ Must be able to work in a hot, dusty environment.\ Operate and monitor processing equipment.\ Following SOP to make product reactions.\ Preliminary testing of product to ensure quality.\ Requires ability to lift 50 lbs\ Manufacturing experience necessary.\ Ability to work Nights, Weekends, & 12 hour shifts.\ Ability to pass a background check.
