The Operations Regulatory Compliance Assurance Specialist will oversee the compliance framework, manage regulatory submissions, and provide general support for the Environment and Operational Regulatory Compliance & Assurance teams, including OE Assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Regulatory Compliance Management System .

  • Ensure the system is up to date with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

  • Provide user training to new employees and refresher training to existing employees.

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to meet and sustain compliance requirements

  • Coordinating the process of external regulatory compliance reporting to authorities (e.g., Ministry Of Energy, Ministry of Environmental Protection, fire brigade)

  • Maintain and update reporting requirements.

  • Compile required documentation.

  • Prepare regulatory compliance submissions.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for JV partners and other external stakeholders.

  • Support offshore ECOs as needed, including going offshore

  • Provide occasional regulatory compliance training to staff to ensure awareness and fluency with regulatory requirements.

  • Responsible for the preparation, collection of responses, and follow-up of any new regulatory requirements related.

  • Oversee the invoice approval process in SAP.

  • Provide technical support in our offshore locations, including offshore trips and occasional stay to cover ECOs.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Work in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Work both independently with the ability to prioritize tasks and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to details.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Proficient in data analysis and report writing.

  • Fluent in English and Hebrew.

  • The position is located in Israel.
