Our client is a well established aviation company located in Miami, and has an immediate need for an Accounts Payable specialist to start immediately. The role involves entering vendor invoices, performing three-way matching, and processing ACH transactions, and wire transfers. Responsibilities
Accurately enter vendor invoices received via mail and email.
Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips.
Process ACH transactions, direct debits, and domestic/international wire transfers.
Record and manage prepaid invoices, including entry, payment, and clearing.
Retrieve invoices from vendor portals and update vendor information.
Organize and file vendor invoices for record-keeping.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions with vendor statements.
Process and record credit card transactions.
Manage payment schedules and financial deadlines.
