Fairview Health Services Physical Therapist (PT), Casual in Hibbing, Minnesota
Fairview Range is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Rehab Services team in Hibbing, MN!
We provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services. We serve both adults and pediatrics. We have a comprehensive, collaborative Rehab Services care team with several specialty areas including orthopedics and sports medicine, pediatrics, cancer rehab, pelvic health, vestibular, spine care, dry needling, TMD, LSVT and BFR. We strive to provide the most evidence-guided yet individualized care to all our patients and work closely with the entire care team to ensure each patient has a positive outcome.
Schedule: This position is casual, working 0-39 hours per pay period. This position will work 8 hour day shifts, weekends as needed.

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities
The physical therapist partners with the patient and family while performing the Evaluation/Re-evaluation.
Develops an individualized plan of care through collaboration with the patient and family.
Partners with patients and families to provide skilled intervention.
Implements and modifies plan of care based on reassessment and patient response.
Completes documentation in a timely manner per department standards.
Coordinates care and communicates effectively with interdisciplinary team for all aspects of patient care.
Physical Therapist Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor', Master's or equivalent degree in physical therapy
Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Minnesota or temporary License in the state of Minnesota
BLS Certification
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
One to three years of experience
Advanced certification in specialty areas of physical therapy practice
