Salary Range: $100-$110,000
This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with the company, not temporary

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Manager ? You’ll be:
-Schedule and manage production equipment maintenance to optimize utilization and minimize downtime.
-Expedite repairs for unanticipated mechanical or electrical issues.
-Provide direction to craft personnel regarding scheduling, staffing, and work assignments.
-Ensure Work Instructions and Procedures are current and effectively communicated to the maintenance department.
-Develop solutions to complex problems and manage outside contractors.
-Mentor staff, motivating them to achieve their goals and exceed expectations.
-Drive maintenance best practices, including process improvement and safety initiatives.
-Oversee budget development, execution, and capital planning.
-Communicate technical issues and project timelines effectively with leadership and operations teams.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related discipline.
• Have at least five years of proven manufacturing management experience.
• Possess strong problem resolution and leadership skills.
• Have effective communication skills with all levels of the organization.
