PREMIUM PRODUCTION OF UTAH LLC Laboratory Manager in HILDALE, Utah

Located in Hildale and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Laboratory Manager.
You will manage quality assurance and control of produce.
What you will do:
- Manage the quality control laboratory
- Follow company standard procedures and FDA, GLP, cGMP, and PPE guidelines in the laboratory
- Coordinate with your team to obtain the necessary raw materials
- Use a special machine (FTIR Spectrometer) to analyze materials and products
- Test and analyze raw materials
- Ensure incoming raw materials meet company specifications, standards, and quality
Keep accurate records of samples and data

- Professional and detail-oriented approach
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer skills, including Google Docs and Sheets
- Knowledgeable in laboratory equipment and FDA standards
1+ year(s) of experience in sample collection and identification
What you must bring:
A bachelor's degree in biology or similar field
Pay: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
