PREMIUM PRODUCTION OF UTAH LLC Laboratory Technician in HILDALE, Utah

Located in Hildale and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Laboratory Technician.
You will sample, test, and analyze raw materials like fruits, vegetables, fibers, and spices.
What you will do:
- Manage the quality control laboratory
- Be in charge of all laboratory procedures
- Ensure all raw materials meet FDA, cGMP, and company standards
- Report any produce that doesn't meet standards
- Work cross-department to obtain raw materials as needed
- Ensure that all standard operating protocols are followed
- Ensure that all sample data has been properly documented and stored
Participate in training and meetings as needed
What we prefer you to bring:
- Collaboration, communication, and listening skills
- Rational, detail-oriented, and self-starter approach
- Prioritization, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency in technology, especially Google Workspace
- An understanding of current Good Laboratory Practices (cGLP)
Experience in sample collection and identification
What you must bring:
1+ years of experience in biology, microbiology, chemistry, or equivalent
Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
