Located in Hildale and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Manufacturing Machine Manager.

You will oversee a small team. Your team will ensure manufacturing machines have minimized downtime and maximum efficiency.

What you will do:

• Schedule and implement preventative and regular maintenance for all machines
• Record, maintain, and update  service logs regularly
• Troubleshoot and fix real-time machine issues as needed
• Create and use checklists and SOPs for all machines
• Create SOPs to keep machines running at full capacity
• Enforce OSHA, FDA, and cGMP regulations

• Handle general managerial tasks, including managing schedules, enforcing company standards, supporting team members with training, and more

   

What we prefer you to bring:

• Collaboration, communication, and listening skills
• Adaptable approach
• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Time management and organization skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish (Bilingual)
• Proficiency in technology, especially Google Workspace

• 1+ years of experience in machine technician role

   

What you must bring:

• 1+ years of experience in a management role
• 1+ years of experience using hand and power tools
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 60 lbs or more

• Able to work around fruits, vegetables, fibers, and spices (not allergic)

   

Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
