Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior-level Modeling and Simulation Engineer to support Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) programs at Hill AFB (Layton, Utah).
Primary Responsibilities
Perform senior level M&S engineering services as part of the SEI team as well as provide technical leadership of engineering team
Minimum Qualifications
Systems Engineering experience and/or certification
Professional Engineering license desired
3+ years of progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership
Knowledge and experience in developing relevant models and constraints to run complex WS performance models, including dynamic, structural, thermal, flight, NC3, safety, failure or other analyses
Supporting and conducting simulation studies (e.g. system and component performance, engineering trade-offs and system effectiveness)
Reviewing modeling work for compliance with regulations and best practices
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical , Computer or Software Engineering or related field and 10 years' experience and/or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training is required to fulfill this position.
