Job Description

Essential Responsibilities :

•オンサイトを含む顧客に対する製品トレーニングの効果的な実施をする。

•適切なフォローアップや電話を通してのコール対応、 MSS／ISSやサービスと協力してのCS問題解決、ユーザーズミーティング等を通して、インストールベースの顧客満足に貢献する。

•インストールベース顧客の要望を吸い上げ、開発へのタイムリーなフィードバックを行う。

•MSS, リーダー陣と協力し、自モダリティメンバーの技術的、臨床的専門性の最大化に貢献する。

•MSS, ISS, 製品Marketingと協力し、新製品導入のスムーズな立ち上げに貢献する。

•重点インストールベース顧客へのサポートによる自社製品の評判向上や、製品デモンストレーション・プレゼンテーション等により自モダリティ製品の販売促進に貢献する。

•必要に応じてジョブミーティングに参加し、アプリケーションの立場から顧客ニーズの把握、差別化等に貢献する。

•インストールベース顧客からの画像収集等を通じて、プロダクトマーケティングやフィールドマーケティングとともに、効果的なセールスツールの作成やその使用、セミナーを通して、市場でＮＰＩインパクトの最大化に貢献する。

•医療系学会、技術大会にて会社を代表し、製品・ソリューション、会社を宣伝する。

•One GEHCとして、超音波、PCS、SVを含む社内メンバーと協力し、顧客に対するソリューション活動に貢献する

Required Qualifications:

•担当モダリティに関して技師の経験、あるいはアプリケーションスペシャリストとしての経験が3年以上あること。

•品質問題等の難しい環境下において、様々な相手とのコミュニケーション経験があること。

•複雑な問題の本質を把握し、ポイントをシンプルに伝えられるコミュニケーション能力があること。

•担当地域内を出張が可能であること。

•業務上の車を運転する場合については、必要な範囲において、運転記録の調査に従うこと。
