Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
自身の経験を活かしてチームメンバーに影響力を発揮することで自モダリティビジネスにおける重要顧客に対し技術的なサポートを行い、自社製品の技術的、臨床的価値の創出を行い、顧客発信を促す。
各領域の KOL とビジネスパートナーとなり、プロモ ーションやエビ デ ン ス化などを リードしトレンドを創造と臨床的専門性の最大化に貢献する。
重要顧客のサポートによって得た技術的、臨床価値を自らも Global を含む社内外 へ発信を行うことで自モダリティのビジネスに貢献する。
アプリケーショ ンスペシャリストと 共にインストールベース顧客からのフィードバックや画像等を収集し、プロダクトマーケティングやモダリティセールススペシャリストと協議しながら効果的なセールスツールの作成を行い、 NPI のインパクト最大化、既存製品の技術的、臨床的価値の最大化に貢献する。
作成、構築 し た 効果的な技術 的、臨床的価値を訴求した製品デモンストレーション、セールスツール等をモダリティセールススペシャリストやアプリケーションスペシャリストへ共有し、自モダリティメンバーの技術的、臨床的専門性の最大化にも貢献する。
医療系学会、技術大会にて会社を代表し、製品・ソリューション、会社を宣伝する。
必要に応じてジョブミーティングやプロモーションミーティングに参加し、クリニカルリーダーの立場から顧客ニーズの把握、差別化等に貢献する。
インストールベース顧客の要望を吸い上げ、開 発へのタイムリーなフィード バ ッ クと改善促進を行い、よ り良い製品の開発や顧客満足の向上に貢献する。
One GEHC として、超音波、 LCS 、 SV を含む社内メンバーと協力し、顧客に対するソリューション活動に貢献する。
Imaging 組織や全社の方針、イニシアチブを理解し 、 Modality Leader およびApplication Leaderと共に推進する。と共に推進する。
