Job Description

業務内容：

・法定健康診断の管理・実施・調整 および事後措置・保健指導

・怪我の応急処置など傷病者の応急対応および救急対応プロセス整備やCPR/AEDの普及・啓発

・法令に基づいた社員の医療情報の管理

・私傷病社員の休復職支援および関係者との調整

・障害者雇用社員の就労における専門的支援および関係者との調整

・外部EAP機関と連携したメンタルヘルスサービス企画・提供

・健康保険組合と連携した社員向け保健事業の企画・提供

・全国事業所の安全衛生に関する技術支援と嘱託産業医との連携業務

・上記業務に関連したデータ入力・集計、社内イントラ管理

求められる条件：

・看護師または保健師の国家資格　

　保健師の場合は、産業保健実務経験は問わないが、社会経験（医療機関勤務等）が2年以上あるのが望ましい。

　看護師の場合は、産業保健実務経験者（2年以上）のみ可

・社員およびチーム内で良好なコミュニケ―ションがとれる

・PCスキル（エクセル、ワード、パワーポイントなど）

・英語（日常会話レベルがあれば尚可）

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Providing primary occupational health nursing care, including assessment, follow-up and patient education in accordance with federal/local laws and directives issued by a GEHC Medial Doctor

• Providing emergency response medical services to employees consistent with emergency plans, level of training, and certification

• Complying with all federal/local government regulations, and GE guidelines regarding recordkeeping

• Assisting employees unable to work due to medical leave, (including partnering with employees and their families, management, HR, disability centers, Workers’ Compensation carriers, Employee Assistance Programs, etc.), with the objective of successful employee reintegration into the workforce

• Facilitating both required screenings (such as annual health examinations for life style diseases and ionizing radiation medical examinations) and wellness initiatives (such as flu immunizations, smoking cessation and health education)

Required Qualifications:

• Federal/Local licensing for nurses in jurisdiction of residence

• 2-year experience in occupational medicine

• Basic knowledge of public health and health education

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good people management skills

• Computer literate

• Good Health data management skill
