Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion.
Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects.
Implementing policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals.
Managing and developing a team of designers, video editors, planners
Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of organization and clients at the highest possible standard
Ensure that project/department goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
Understand the importance of the “big idea” in an advertising campaign and how well the artwork reflects it within the campaign framework
Assist in the preparation of the presentation deck with professional look & feel and match with campaign style
Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media
Creative Manager will report directly to the Country Manager and manage subordinate staff with their performance

At least 5 years' working experience in the related area as an individual contributor in an advertising agency
1-3 years supervisory experience maybe required
Good command in using design tools such as Photoshop, AI, Procreate or other creative softwares to bring concepts into actual artworks (If any)
Should be able to oversee production of different media.
Understanding of brand, product, digital media, and how people interact with each of them
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to direct creative team
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other departments
Fluent in English and Vietnamese to effectively explain new ideas.
