This role will be working temporarily at LEGO temporary office in District 1, HCMC (shuttle bus is provided from Bien Hoa, Binh Duong to the office).

Core Responsibilities

  • Represent the LMV Security team providing support to our colleagues in badgecreation, assigning clearences on Access control system or guiding new employees onSecurity processes at LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam.

  • Support in the creation of training materials and presentations for the new LMVcolleagues.

  • Translate Global Security Processes and Procedures to local language.

  • Support the reception area in administrative tasks and activities.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Teamwork attitude and willingness to learn about Security field.

  • Excellent PC usage for presentations, documents sharing, Power BI, etc.

  • Self-driven and responsible.
