We are seeking a Payroll and Benefits Analyst for a position on the lakeshore. As a Payroll and Benefits Analyst, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of payroll processing, benefits administration, and handling employee inquiries. This role will involve working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and maintain employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process payroll for a specific group of employees using UKG.

• Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and pension plans.

• Ensure timely enrollment, updates, and terminations of employee benefits.

• Handle payroll-related queries from employees promptly and professionally.

• Verify payroll data, including hours worked, paid time off, deductions, and other adjustments.

• Coordinate benefits open enrollment and ensure accurate data entry into UKG for all employee elections.

• Monitor and manage benefits deductions and reconcile with payroll.

• Support payroll audits and reconciliations.

• Maintain an accurate record of employee benefits and payroll data.

• Coordinate and support in payroll system administration, reporting, and compliance.

Requirements • Proficiency in 401k - RRSP Administration

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions

• Strong skills in Auditing

• Experience with Benefit Functions

• Capability to manage Payroll for 101 - 500 Employees

• General expertise in Payroll

• Knowledge of Payroll - Garnishments

• Familiarity with Payroll Taxes

• Ability to Process Bi-weekly Payroll

• Experience with Process Biweekly Payroll

• Proficiency in Process Payroll

• Capability to handle Weekly Payroll

• Proficiency in using UKG Pro

• Familiarity with UKG Ready

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
