Description
Accountemps is seeking an Accounting Clerk for an exciting opportunity with a Manufacturing Company in Holland Ohio! This is a temporary position that can last between 1-3 months and the responsibilities include;
Data Entry, reviewing accounts payable and accounts receivable data and making corrections, importing files, renaming files, resaving files and other duties as needed!
A qualified candidate would be well versed in the following;
Computer Skills, navigating network folders, renaming files, converting documents into PDF format
Basic Excel experience including Data Entry
Adobe Photoshop experience would be a plus
Requirements
Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
Spreadsheet and ERP system experience is ideal, but not required
Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required
AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of Computer Files
Microsoft Excel experience
Foundational knowledge in Adobe Photoshop
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel
Excel Formulas experience desired
General familiarity with Computer Programs
Practical knowledge of PDF
Experience with Basic Computer Skills
Adeptness in Computer Data Entry
Accounts Payable (AP) experience highly preferred
Earlier work involving Accounts Payable (AP)
Background working with Accounts Receivable (AR)
