job summary:
Growing industrial design firm is seeking a temp-to-perm Structural Designer/Drafter. This position is located near Toledo, Ohio. The Structural Designer/Drafter will work with clients and internal team members to develop structural drawings for various industrial manufacturing projects.
The hourly rate is commensurate with experience ranging up to $36 an hour, plus other benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

responsibilities:
Collaborate with structural engineers and fellow designers to develop structural drawings using AutoCAD for various elements such as structural steel, equipment layouts, stairs, handrails, and platforms
Make occasional onsite visits to assess existing conditions and consult with the client to ensure their requirements are met
