Job Title: Packaging Associate
Job Description
As a Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for loading plastic into machines, inspecting the quality of the finished product, and preparing products for shipment. You will be trained to run the entire production line, rotating between loading products and handling finished goods to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Load plastic into machines and ensure they keep running smoothly.
Inspect the quality of finished products.
Prepare products for shipment by counting, packing into boxes, labeling, and moving them to the warehouse.
Rotate positions every hour to engage different muscle groups.
Handle physically demanding tasks involving turning and lifting.
Essential Skills
Experience in production, general labor, packing, labeling, and warehouse operations.
Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
Attention to detail and quality control.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in general production, assembly, and packaging.

Work Environment
This position involves working rotating night shifts from 6 PM to 6:30 AM on a 2-3-3-2 schedule. The work environment is team-oriented, with roughly 130 employees at the site. The schedule allows employees to plan their year in advance, with a mix of working and off days each week. The role requires light to moderate physical effort.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50
