Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of clerical, administrative duties, bookkeeping (such as accounts payable and receivable).
- Organize files, schedule appointments, serve as information and communication specialist, and support other staff members.
- Utilize computer software to create letters and spreadsheets, manage databases, prepare presentations, and create reports.
- Use telephone, fax machine, and other office equipment.
- Communicate and work alongside interns.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in using computer software applications, such as word processing and spreadsheet programs.
- Familiar with bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
