The Big Task
Stand inspections for our clients.
Key Sub Tasks
Thorough understanding of the Massachusetts Electrical or Plumbing Code to stand inspections.
Flexibility in your work schedule to accommodate the schedules of various Town Inspectors.
High level of professionalism required to interact and communicate well with customers, town inspectors, office staff and co-workers.
Desired Skills and Experience
Must hold current Massachusetts Electrical or Plumbing License.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in service work.
Applicants must have a current driver's license and a good driving record.
Outgoing, professional, clean cut, assertive, and drug-free.
Able to work in a team atmosphere.
