**[SUMMARY [The Content and Communications Strategist will help develop creative and compelling content and communications to support social media, drive sales, brand awareness, customer engagement, and corporate company needs. The position includes Graphic Design work duties and will collaborate closely with all departments to meet brand and business goals. The Content and Communications Strategist will lead the creative execution of marketing materials, including; creative layouts, flyers, logos, and other digital content. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate content marketer to research, write, edit, and design content that showcases prospects, customers, and partners how PFSbrands is the best solution for them. Adapting to changing schedules and meeting tight deadlines are necessary.

[The successful candidate must be well-organized and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Must have experience ensuring brand messaging adherence and influencing others with a clear vision for copywriting and commitment to excellence. This person will be creative, a self-starter, and passionate about content and taking our brands to the next level.

Support the creation of marketing content, from writing copy, to working cross-functionally on design and execution. You will write and edit materials including print/digital collateral and emails.

Plan, organize and maintain the social media content calendar. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies

Manage all social media accounts. This includes scheduling posts, community engagement, analyzing social media metrics to understand content performance by staying updated with social media trends.

Schedule and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Identify and build relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors. Create visually appealing collaboration materials and leverage influencers to expand brand reach and credibility.

Craft compelling and persuasive copy that complements the visual content and encourages audience interaction, shares, and comments.

Create and manage company email and print communications for all corporate level projects.

Support the launch and growth of new products with relevant print/digital content through copy and engaging brand posts.

Improve overall company profitability by enhancing the companys visibility thru engaging marketing.

Collaborate closely with all members of the marketing team along with various departments to fully understand creative scope and needs of projects.

Evaluate market research, industry trends, and adjust social media strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Use data insights to refine strategy, increase engagement and drive conversions.

Maintain current skillsets and professional knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
