Hub International Personal Lines Account Manager (part-time) in Holyoke, Colorado
Summary:
Our team is growing, and we are looking for a part-time Account Manager for our Personal Lines Team! You are responsible for providing support to our Senior Account Managers and Account Managers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.

In this role, you will:
Provide professional, courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues
Acquire understanding of clients’ insurance objectives and critically analyze and compare insurance plans to determine suitability
Stay abreast of changes in the insurance industry and other external conditions that may impact their clients; make appropriate recommendations to clients in response to those changes independent of manager approval
Troubleshoot claims and billing issues
Appropriately document conversations with clients and carrier representatives and update all HUB computer systems and automated agency management systems when necessary; ensure the accuracy of data in those systems
Attend industry related continuing education training and courses
What you offer us:
High school diploma required, though college degree is preferred
Well organized with an aptitude for details
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong work ethic
Work normally scheduled hours and additional time as needed.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

This position pays an hourly rate of $18 - $23 per hour, depending on experience
