Responsibilities
Manage shipping and receiving activities, coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production workflow.
Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and fostering a positive work environment.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Handle sales orders, ensuring accurate entry, tracking, and fulfillment in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and customer data, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
