Snelling Customer Service Representative in Homewood, Alabama
Snelling is looking for a talentedCustomer Service Repto join an amazing Insurance team in the Birmingham area. As a Customer Service Rep, you will help with day-to-day customer service and account support. This position requires excellent people skills and a desire to provide top quality customer service in every interaction.
Pay:$15-$17 DOE
Duties for theCustomer Service Rep:
- Answering calls
- Look up accounts for customers and office staff
- Supports administration and other office personnel
- Other clerical duties as needed
Requirements forOffice Clerk/Customer Service Rep:
- Basic computer knowledge, MS word and excel
- Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients with a positive attitude
- Able to prioritize work activities
