The Role

The role is for an Account Executive in the Health & Benefits practice. You will be an integral part of a team that will support and administer Health and Benefit administration solution, in a quality and efficient manner to our clients in Hong Kong. It is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team to help our clients to administer their health and benefit solutions.

Excellence

  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries, consistent with service and quality standards.

  • Provide new and existing clients with best possible service in relation to support and administration of health and benefit solution.

  • Manage all customer feedback ensuring every case is resolved and closed.

  • Possess excellent communicational skills to convey, influence and persuade.

  • Assist in defining administration standards and processes to be followed to ensure quality in undertaking tasks and producing deliverables.

  • Plan and organize work so that client specific Service Level Agreement objectives are met.

Clients

  • Communicate effectively with clients and project teams.

  • Attend team or client meetings as appropriate and present knowledgeable and professional image of WTW.

  • Develop strong client relationships from client administrators to senior management.

  • Ensure that clients’ business expectations are aligned with commitment at all times.

Financial

  • Assists project manager or other lead consultant in determining opportunities to provide client with further services.

People

  • Work effectively within the team dynamic.

  • Recognize and communicate potential issues to team leader as appropriate; suggest viable solutions for improvement.

. The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Relevant experience in Employee Benefits domain area is preferred, but not required.

  • Experience of using a CRM system.

  • Experience of working in a service focused environment.

  • Ability to build rapport and respond confidently to customer queries.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to multi-task, and be mindful of deadlines.

  • Self-motivated and ability to remain focused on clients.

  • Committed to quality and continuous improvement.
