CBRE is seeking expressions of interest for the role of Alliance Director to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with a leading insurance provider to manage and enhance their real estate portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact while collaborating with a renowned client in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize real estate services for the client’s operations in Hong Kong.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between CBRE and the client, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective management of real estate assets, including lease management and property operations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and delivering exceptional service.

  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to meet client objectives.

  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team, cultivating a positive and high-performing work environment.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate management, facilities management, or a related field.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial reporting.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
