Assistant Manager/ Manager, Agency Contracting & Benefit

Position Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient delivery of Contracting services to agency.

  • To assist in planning and maintaining operational procedures of agents’ contracting and licensing.

  • Handle due diligence on the onboarding of new agent applicants

  • Handle debt collection matters

  • Participate in Contracting & Benefits team projects

  • Oversee and lead the works of the operation staff.

  • Prepare periodic or ad hoc reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.

  • Handle general correspondence and agent enquiries

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree holder with major in business

  • 6 years’ work experience in life insurance industry

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Organized and attentive to details

  • Independent with high flexibility

  • Able to work independently and under pressure

  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • PC literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
