Job Responsibilities

  • A strong sales hunter, actively seeks out and engages new business opportunities in the Facilities Management Industry to drive revenue growth

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve the assigned sales target and grow the business

  • Perform end-to-end sales activities from proposal to deal closing

  • Review & analysis of the market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective business strategies

  • Participant, prepare and deliver compelling proposal & presentations to potential clients

  • Monitor Facilities Management trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

  • Track and report on sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines

  • Minimum of 6 years B2B experience in Business Development & Sales, with a strong focus on hunting for new business.

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior position.

  • Proven experience in services/solutions direct sales & business development

  • Familiar with Facilities Management and Property Management industry is an advantage

  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Self-motived team player with excellent analytical, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

  • A Cantonese speaker is a must
