Job Responsibilities
A strong sales hunter, actively seeks out and engages new business opportunities in the Facilities Management Industry to drive revenue growth
Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve the assigned sales target and grow the business
Perform end-to-end sales activities from proposal to deal closing
Review & analysis of the market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective business strategies
Participant, prepare and deliver compelling proposal & presentations to potential clients
Monitor Facilities Management trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Track and report on sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
Minimum of 6 years B2B experience in Business Development & Sales, with a strong focus on hunting for new business.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior position.
Proven experience in services/solutions direct sales & business development
Familiar with Facilities Management and Property Management industry is an advantage
A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Self-motived team player with excellent analytical, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
A Cantonese speaker is a must
