Senior Account Manager (MPF) - Health Solutions

Aon is currently recruiting an Senior Account Manager (MPF) - Health Solutions to join our team in Hong Kong.The incumbent will be responsible in assisting the business line department and providing account management to the existing and potential clients.

What the day will look like

The incumbent will be responsible to assist the business line department in providing account management to the existing and potential clients. Duties include:

  • Managing and providing high quality service to our existing MPF/ORSO corporate clients

  • Serving and cross-selling to existing corporate customers on MPF/ORSO

  • Achieving business growth by penetration from current portfolio and by prospects

  • Liaising with insurers and service providers to ensure smooth renewal and tackle related issues

  • Maintaining the quality and timeliness of client deliverables, responsible for report development in clear and concise manner

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • University graduate with minimum 5 - 7 years working experience in MPF preferred

  • Passed in IIQE Paper I,II, III & IV are preferred

  • Mature and be a self-starter, positive attitude, and customer-oriented

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage

  • Good presentation skills, communication skills, and computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as an Account Manager.
