The Therapeutic Residential Manager oversees and ensures the successful operations of a twenty-four (24) hour, evidence-based and best practice treatment program that addresses the behavioral and emotional problems or deviance of both adjudicated and non-adjudicated youth in a structured small group family-style living setting. The Therapeutic Residential Manager works as a team member with direct care staff and the Parent Consultant to implement the Teaching-Family Model (TFM) and other evidence-based (EBS) models. The Therapeutic Residential Manager must demonstrate an active commitment to Catholic Charities Mission and strive to incorporate the four Core Values in all aspects of daily work.
EDUCATIONAL and WORK REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in human services, administration or related field. Additional experience and an Associates degree may be substituted for a Bachelors degree. Three (3) years of experience working with troubled youth. One (1) year supervisory experience. Must be able to work 8-10 continuous hours of supervising youth.

COMPENSATION: $49,990 - $57,212
