Lead the Change Management on IT Project for a Global Manufacture. Responsible for the partnering, coaching and guiding business partners on Change Management and executing on the change strategy and. Will plan and execute on: Change Plan, Communications, Stakeholder Analysis, Leadership Engagement, Organizational Readiness and Change Impacts. Must have experience working with senior leaders and leading change teams.
