City Wide Facility Solutions Administrative Assistant in Houston, Texas

Are you looking for an administrative position where you can showcase your customer service and organization skills? City Wide has an immediate opening for a Front Office Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This position will maintain the front office duties to include greeting clients, customers and vendors, maintaining the IC program, sending/receiving FedEx packages and various other administrative duties.

Essential duties:

  • Answer and route calls.

  • Greet visitors and ensure proper notification of City Wide employee.

  • Maintain the Independent Contractor program.

  • Update the all employee and franchisee directories.

  • Protect the confidentiality of information learned by performing the duties of the position.

  • Schedule, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

  • Other duties as necessary.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 1-3 years administrative experience.

  • Must be bilingual.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must have excellent organizational habits and be very detail-oriented.

  • Ability to work with highly confidential information.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, including PowerPoint.
