What You'll Do:
This role will support our operations function, by scheduling outbound and inbound freight in a timely and accurate manner to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to serve as a cross-functional partner, devise creative solutions, remove obstacles, and provide general administrative support.
Plan and schedule all non-local outbound freight to minimize transportation costs, including routes with multiple drops
Coordinate delivery schedules for Hospitality orders with Customer Service
Schedule delivery appointments for some customers
Create stock transfers for inter-company shipments and arranges transport as needed
Review raw material reports and order required items; expedite as necessary
Maintain and file up to date MSDS's for all controlled products
Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as daily reporting, filing, photocopying, and collating as requested
Back-up for Production Scheduler
Print / distribute production & Law tags for operations

$20/HR - $22/HR

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
