Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
As a Construction Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving the success of our construction projects. Working closely with subcontractors, trades, and other key stakeholders, you’ll ensure each project meets our standards for safety, quality, and timeliness. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Manage the entire construction process from planning, scheduling, and implementation to final completion, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
Subcontractor Management: Motivate, oversee, and hold subcontractors accountable for quality workmanship and adherence to schedules.
Cost Control: Track and control construction costs, minimizing variances and avoiding budget overruns.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all job sites meet safety and building code requirements.
Quality Assurance: Inspect job quality at every stage, maintaining a professional and organized work environment.
Schedule Management: Coordinate subcontractor schedules to meet project milestones efficiently.
Contract & Regulation Knowledge: Navigate contracts, plans, and construction regulations with ease to support smooth project execution.

What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 2+ years in residential production building with field management experience.
Subcontractor Management Skills: Strong ability to schedule, oversee, and ensure subcontractors meet our quality and timing standards.
Communication & Organizational Skills: Proficiency in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, from customers to trades and vendors.
Problem Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to handle unexpected situations effectively, analyze issues, and make timely decisions.
Technical Skills: Experience with job costing, payroll, and digital communication tools.
Educational Background: College education preferred, with a solid foundation in construction management or a related field.
