Our Client is hiring a Credit Specialist in the West Houston area.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the process of customer credit applications in an efficient manner

• Maintain and update customer credit records with high accuracy

• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly

• Analyze credit reports and share findings with appropriate teams

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking and organizing data

• Collaborate with Credit Analysts for decision-making processes

• Independently manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively

• Adhere to collection processes and procedures

• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service

• Work towards enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a credit administration role or similar position

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Experience with credit application processes

• Experience in answering inbound calls and handling customer inquiries

• Familiarity with collection processes in the service industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work based on urgency

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
